Job Summary:

Join the Island Lake Center team as a Central Supply CNA / FT, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a high degree of quality resident care by providing supplies and equipment in an efficient manner. As a hybrid role, you will split your time between Central Supply and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Check supply areas daily and stock with required items

• Fill requisitions from the nursing department for routine supplies and equipment

• Maintain supply and storage rooms in an organized, clean, and safe condition

• Ensure inventory is updated as required, including tracking and charging supplies

• Provide clerical support to the nursing department

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior Central Supply experience

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
