No prior apartment maintenance experience required – we will train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in apartment maintenance, HVAC maintenance, or building maintenance to start a hands-on career in the multifamily industry.

You’ll work directly with our Maintenance Supervisor and receive hands-on training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily property walks to help keep the community clean, safe, and inviting
• Assist with trash pick-up and grounds upkeep
• Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Support maintenance tasks including minor repairs and preventative maintenance
• Learn and assist with basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
• Help maintain shared amenities including courtyards, common areas, and pool area
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and routine inspections

• Interest in maintenance, trades, or property management

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – strongly preferred but not required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) – strongly preferred but not required
• Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, or handyman experience is a plus
