Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs
• Repair drywall, paint, flooring, plumbing, and lighting
• Complete basic carpentry and concrete repairs
• Support remodeling and facility improvement projects
• Perform groundskeeping and seasonal snow removal
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the facility
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with moving equipment and office furniture
• Follow safety procedures and complete maintenance documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of facility maintenance or construction experience
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs
