Job Description

*** Must Interview IN PERSON - No Relocation Assistance ***

Job Duties:

Perform maintenance functions for rental units, offices and residential areas
General maintenance and repair of building structures, electrical and plumbing
Interior / exterior painting
Lawn maintenance
Debris removal
Transport / install stove, refrigerator, dishwasher etc
Load / unload trucks, move supplies and materials
Work cooperatively with coworkers

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle
Attention to detail
Clear communication
Valid Driver's License
1 year related experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural components
Able to perform physical labor and operate tools

Starting Pay: $22 per hour

Job Location: Hickam Air Force Base (near airport)

** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance and Paid Holidays available **

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **

** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS pay **
