Part-time Maintenance Punch Tech

Athos Properties Group is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Punch Technician (MPT) for our Eastwood Oaks Apartments (104 units) in Hilliard, FL.  The ideal candidate should be able to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers and vendors.  Must be able to demonstrate basic aptitude in apartment maintenance related areas and follow company policies and procedures, The MPT should have a high school diploma or equivalent and special training and/or experience in one or more of the following areas:
 
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical and Appliance Repair

The MPT is responsible for timely completion (24 hours) of service requests as assigned by his Supervisor. Other duties include ongoing preventative maintenance; make ready maintenance and other duties and projects deemed necessary by management. Participation in the maintenance on-call rotation is required.
