Job Description

Guill Tool & Engineering is looking for a reliable General Maintenance Worker to keep our building & facilities in top shape. You will handle routine repairs, basic carpentry, painting and general building upkeep.

Position Responsibilities:

Carpentry: Building custom shipping crates, hanging doors, building shelves etc.
Painting: Paint walls & floors, patch drywall, fill holes & cracks, touch ups.
Building Upkeep: Conduct routing facility checks, change air filters, replace bulbs.
General Repairs: Fix basic plumbing leaks, or simple hardware issues.
Safety & Organization: Keep tools clean and safe, report major system breakdowns to management, follow all safety rules.

Basic Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Sound problem solving skills.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in basic building maintenance, construction and repair.
Experience in using hand and power tools.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders & lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

Hourly wage: Commensurate with experience.
