• Inspect and maintain the property to ensure it meets safety standards and regulations.
• Keep maintenance logs and records up-to-date for future reference.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
