Welder

We are hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Tampa. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, takes pride in quality work, and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Welder – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal parts and materials
• Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials before welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Qualifications
• Previous welding experience required
• MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Experience using hand tools, grinders, and welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
