Calyx Senior Living is actively seeking a practical, hands-on Maintenance Technician for our assisted living community, Calyx Living of Wakefield! We are located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh.Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Maintenance Technician. The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to:Solving maintenance and housekeeping challenges Upkeep of community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipmentOngoing preventative maintenance, routine building safety programs and general work order and task list completion On call for after-hours physical plant emergenciesMaintenance Technician Qualifications:An interest in working with the senior population.Previous experience in building maintenanceWorking knowledge of basic construction principlesCurrent North Carolina Driver's License RequiredIf you are a hands-on problem solver experienced in maintaining a well-functioning and beautifully presenting building, please apply below.
