If Kane sounds like a place you would enjoy working and applying your skills and talent, check out the position requirements below and apply today.Maintenance TechnicianKane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of our commercial properties while helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and guests.Essential duties include but are not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenanceRepairing and treating structures such as doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors Must be available to work some weekendsPerform preventative maintenance activities Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisorJob Requirements Maintenance TechnicianMust have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day. Education/Qualification High School Diploma or GED Previous maintenance experienceMust have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
