Help People Find Hope, Healing, and a Path Forward.Behavioral Healthcare Partners (BHP) is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. You’ll provide therapy, support recovery, and help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do- Provide individual, group, family, and telehealth counseling.
- Conduct behavioral health and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
- Connect clients with community resources and coordinate transitions of care.
- Collaborate with providers, families, schools, hospitals, courts, and community partners.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, quality improvement, and professional development.

Required:
- Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license
- Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred:
- LISW or LPCC
- One to three years of behavioral health therapy experience
- Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
- Experience with evidence-based treatment and crisis intervention
