Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Mom wakes up daily at 8:00 a.m. She in need of help getting a bath twice a week. She is fully lucid and is just getting weak. Mom is 87 and still lives in the house that they bought in 1967. I stop by 2-3-times a week but can't handle her needs in that area. Other than being 87 she is healthy, she reads every day as well as watching soccer. Please advise About the care needs: kind, varying interests including sports, books and movies. she likes to chat so someone who speaks clear English is a must Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
