Nanny Needed For My Children

My baby is still very young, so Im looking for a caregiver who is experienced and comfortable caring for infants. He is generally a happy, sweet baby who enjoys being held, talked to, and engaged with. His day mainly consists of feeding every 2. 5-3 hours, naps, burping, and age-appropriate interaction during his awake time. Id love someone who is attentive to his cues, patient, gentle, and comfortable with an infants feeding and sleep routine. Since Ill be home while the caregiver is here, communication and being comfortable following my preferences and routines are very important to me.
