Babysitter Needed for my Children

We have 5-month-old twins (3 months adjusted). One of our babies had an extended NICU stay due to an extensive surgery. She requires extra support (mostly related to feeding via an NG tube) so we are looking for someone to provide an extra set of hands to help with her or her twin through out the day. Duties will include standard infant care and light housework (mostly related to baby stuff). You must be comfortable with dogs - we have two that love to snuggle. We are fairly flexible on which days/hours but are looking for at least 20 hours/week of help.
