Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for A sitter for my 11-year-old son. He has autism and ADHD and receives respite through his Colorado CES waiver. I already have 36 hours per month approved, so I'm looking for one consistent person who would like a small, ongoing part-time position roughly 8-9 hours per week, although the schedule can be flexible. The caregiver would be onboarded and paid through Colorado Family Caregivers at $22. 50/hour. I'm really looking for someone who can build a genuine relationship with him and enjoy doing things with him getting outside, fishing, parks, RC cars, projects, community activities, etc. rather than just traditional babysitting.
