Nanny Needed For My Children

Hello ! I have two amazing kids . A babygirl that is 2 years old & my awesome preteen son that is 12 . My 2 years old keeps us in our feet . Shes very observant, love music and just simply a girly girl. My son on the other hand is always on his video games . Two different world in the house . But I would to have some help with building a good structure in the home for them . Like setting a bed time . Or a routine they can get used to . Im gone most of the day and night because I work from 2pm-2 a.m. . So they are home to tend to themselves. They are very great kids , I just feel so guilty for not being able to be here due to my schedule.
