Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Foundry Worker to join their team. As a Foundry Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Foundry Worker

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range:$15.50

Shift: Must be open

What's the Job?

• Perform hot, dirty, and heavy lifting tasks in a manufacturing setting
• Support the foundry operations by handling materials and equipment
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of foundry processes
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
• Open to working all shifts as required
• Must be clean shaven as per safety regulations
• Willingness to work in a hot environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
