Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist - Home Health (Palo Alto, CA) Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients? Your primary goal is to restore function, prevent or minimize disability following disease or injury, and help clients achieve their maximum performance and function. You will evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs. Be a part of a dynamic team where you will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, conduct initial admission and evaluation visits, and utilize your expertise to make impactful recommendations. Document observations, clinical findings, treatment interventions, goals, and discharge plans with precision and care. Work in beautiful locations such as: Atherton, Cupertino, East Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Santa Clara, Stanford, Woodside, Sunnyvale, and neighboring cities. A minimum of one year of Home Health experience is required. Shifts typically run from 8am-5:30pm, with flexibility based on patient availability. One weekend day per month is part of the commitment.
