- Lead daily operations for Guest Services and the Curiosity Corner store.
- Be a visible, approachable leader who supports team members throughout each shift.
- Coach and provide in-the-moment feedback to help team members build confidence and deliver excellent guest service.
- Assign registers, tills, breaks, and other daily responsibilities.
- Support a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
- Model calm, respectful communication and good judgment during busy or challenging situations.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for families and team members during party shifts.
- Train and support team members assigned to birthday parties.
- Identify opportunities to improve the party experience for guests and staff.
Support Daily Operations
- Build daily shift assignments and support staffing and coverage needs.
- Reconcile cash drawers, verify tills, and prepare bank deposits accurately.
- Monitor lobby and party supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Respond to guest inquiries through the Amazeum email inbox and route questions to the appropriate department.
- Maintain knowledge of museum programs, memberships, and policies.
- Work as a Guest Services Associate or Retail Store Associate when needed.
- Partner with Guest Experience and Retail leaders to keep operations running smoothly.

- Experience coordinating events, birthday parties, hospitality, or similar guest experiences.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being part of the action, this could be a great fit. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, interact with families, coordinate memorable experiences, and help create a museum environment where everyone feels welcome.
