She just received an infusion and is experiencing skin rash, swelling in the arms/legs, losing mobility, and declining cognitive issues. About the care needs: Someone to assist in physical therapy (moving, walking, mobility), bathing, cleaning, support in transportation/medication. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
