About who needs care: My Mom broke her fibula and needs a lot of assistance just getting up from a chair to the transport wheelchair About the care needs: My Mom cannot put weight on her leg, is unstable, broke the opposite arm (humerus) 6 months ago so she is not fully relying on 2 good arms to assist herself getting up and down. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
