Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are a young family of three in Nashville looking for a nanny for our baby boy starting at the end of August. He is 7 months old. I work from home, but need someone to take the lead with his care - naps, bottle feeds, and playtime. Potential hours Monday-Friday, around 8:00 a.m. to 3:00/4:00 PM, with some flexibility. We are a Christian family and would love someone comfortable with that. We're looking for someone kind, dependable, and who truly enjoys babies. As first-time parents, we hope to find someone who feels like part of our family for longer term. We value open communication and a warm, positive environment.
