Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a caring, dependable, and patient caregiver for my 3-year-old daughter. She is a sweet girl who requires attentive and compassionate care. Her schedule is a little different from most children—she typically sleeps during the day and is awake at night, so I am looking for someone who is comfortable providing care during morning-afternoon hours and helping her maintain a safe, comfortable routine. She has a G-tube, so experience with G-tube care is preferred. I am willing to provide training and detailed instructions to the right caregiver. The caregiver should be comfortable following her established care routine and communicating with me about her needs.
