Nanny Needed

I am looking for someone to come twice a week likely for 4 hours at a time. We want to find a sitter who can enjoy doing structured activities such as outdoor play, learning through play, science experiments, crafts, simple school work help. Must be very comfortable with bigger dogs (we have 1). I am looking for someone who ideally has background/understanding in mental health as both my sons have specific needs. It is also very important for me to find someone who really appreciates nature, flowers, gardening, animals, etc. Light house keeping and organization help at times is a bonus. Schedule and days could vary. We are looking for someone long term!
