Job Description
Job Title: Janitor Location: Hobbs, New Mexico Type: Long term Contract Compensation: $15.00 - $15.50/hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday through Thursday 6am - 4:30PM or Monday through Friday, 7AM – 3:30PM. Overtime during outages may be required. Security Clearance: Not specified
Responsibilities
- Responsible for janitorial duties for office and plant area of power plant
- Must be able to lift approximately 60 pounds without assistance
- Maintain and wax floors as needed
- Remove trash
- Prepare tea/coffee for lunch and breaks
- Maintain supplies
- May work outside at times
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs without assistance
- Able to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Able to work 40 hours a week on their feet, and climb numerous stairs
