CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS* Schedules Available Morning 7am-3pm, Afternoon 3pm-11pm and overnight 11am-7pm available 7 days a week with flexible Shifts.* Immediate Start* Competitive CompensationSUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Provide therapeutic and/or behavioral support to children and youth participating in the residential program.* Implement daily activities, individual plan treatment goals, and monitor resident behavior.* Assist in monitoring residents’ daily living skills, including personal hygiene, dressing, and care of possessions.* Assist in supporting healthy eating behaviors by preparing meals and snacks.* Assist in monitoring and increasing resident life skills development.* Develop, implement, and participate in all resident activities and outings, including recreational activities, education and vocational training.* Other Duties AssignedCLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* Compassionate about the care and well being of others* Minimum of a High School Diploma* Must have 2+ years of experience in a residential setting serving children and youth preferred. * Must have a valid Driver's License and your own transportation* Ability to complete and pass background check* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsDTG ADVANTAGES* Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health * Compensation processed weekly* Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.* Ability to grow professionally.* Access to a broad array of client opportunities.COMPANY OVERVIEW Delta-T Group's mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative referral solutions, for the social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seeking new opportunities and those needing care and support.
