On-site Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in either Merrimack, NH or Covington, KY or Westlake, TX
Our client seeks a Defined Contribution Conversion Lead to coordinate transitions of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services. The role documents and coordinates conversion data from prior recordkeepers, develops a conversion strategy with the client, manages data delivery and completeness reviews, follows up until all data and questions are resolved, and validates that transferred data aligns with expectations. The role produces reports for client review and satisfaction. As part of the Implementation Team, the role serves as primary contact for data conversion and reconciliation and participates in deep dive discovery with clients, prior recordkeepers, and trustees to gather data required to complete implementation or corporate action projects.

Rate: $30.00 to $35.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Coordinate transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services.
- Develop and document a conversion strategy with clients.
- Obtain, track, and review conversion data packages from prior recordkeepers for completeness.
- Resolve data questions with prior recordkeepers and stakeholders.
- Validate post-transfer data accuracy and produce client-facing reports.
- Serve as primary client contact for data conversion and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in deep dive discovery with clients, prior recordkeepers, and trustees.
- Plan for potential issues and execute risk mitigation during implementations.
- 3 to 5 years of implementation and/or 401(k) operations experience.
- General understanding of the retirement market, client service, and implementation processes.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with ability to partner internally.
- Proven problem solving and client management abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to understand and work with payroll software programs.
- Strong presentation, consulting, negotiating, analytical, problem identification, and auditing skills.
- Fidelity products and services knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
