We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically collaborative professional to join our surgical guide dental laboratory team. This role bridges the gap between the lab bench and the clinical chair - working directly with doctors on case planning and also performing hands-on fabrication and adjustment of the surgical models and guides.The RoleThe Case Success Coordinator will play a role in the complete lifecycle of the surgical guide cases, from initial setup of the case, doctor consultation, and processing of the guides and models. This position requires both strong technical lab skills and excellent interpersonal communication.What You'll DoClinical Case CoordinationInitial setup of the surgical guide caseWork with doctors to discuss treatment plansConduct structured case review meetings with referring doctors to discuss treatment plans, implant positioning, anatomy, and guide design parametersDocument case notes, approval records, and revision requests accurately in the case management systemOther lab tasks as assignedLaboratory & Technical ResponsibilitiesFabricate, adjust, and finish surgical guides and study models to case specificationsAdjust and modify models based on doctor feedback or case design changesOperate and maintain lab equipment including 3D printers, model trimmers, lab motors, compressor, and suction units.Maintain organized inventory of lab materials, consumables, and components.Keep the lab environment clean along with other assigned responsibilitiesWhat You'll BringRequiredA combination of education and hands-on experienceExperience working in a dental laboratory, surgical lab, or clinical support roleFamiliarity with surgical guides, implant models, or prosthetic fabricationStrong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable presenting case information to doctorsTechnical aptitude and problem-solving ability in a hands-on environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyProficiency with computer-based case management or CRM toolsAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 poundsPreferredDental laboratory technician certification (CDT) or equivalent trainingExperience with implant-guided surgery workflows and CBCT planning softwareBackground working with oral surgeons, periodontists, or prosthodontistsStartup or fast-paced small team experienceFamiliarity with 3D printing and digital fabrication in a dental contextWhat Else to KnowThis is a full-time position; occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required to meet case deadlinesWork is performed primarily in the laboratory, with regular off-site visits to clinical accounts for case review meetingsStanding and fine motor work is required throughout the dayExposure to lab materials, resins, and moderate noise levels; PPE will be providedCompensation & BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage effective within 3 months of hire401(k) with company match
