Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a manufacturing / fabrication team in Tyler, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality TIG welds on various metal materials while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding operations according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Use measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform basic fabrication, fitting, and assembly tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication processes.
• Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Welding certification(s).
• Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, or other specialty metals.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to work safely around welding and fabrication equipment.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
