About the Role:
Barbarian in Stowe, VT is looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team! This is a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our guests happy. If you love a fast-paced environment and take pride in a clean, organized workspace, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and back-of-house areas
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies for kitchen staff
• Empty trash, sweep, and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Barbarian utilizes a full house tip pool. We want all front of house and back of house employees to be compensated fairly and know the importance of a hard working dishwasher. $15 hourly base rate does not reflect added tips.
