Hybrid 3 on in Charlotte, NC
Our client is seeking a PACS Administrator to administer and support enterprise physical access control systems that protect people, facilities, and assets. The role focuses on AMAG Symmetry and comparable PACS platforms, overseeing user access management, system reliability, compliance, and operational support across multiple sites.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain enterprise physical access control systems such as AMAG Symmetry, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and secure user access.
- Manage badge provisioning, access rights, and door reader configurations, including commissioning and decommissioning of users, devices, and locations.
- Perform routine system audits, updates, and patch management to maintain compliance and operational reliability.
- Configure and maintain access levels, door schedules, and group permissions to align with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Security Operations teams to integrate and support physical security infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, user access changes, and incident resolutions.
- Generate reports and support compliance audits related to user access and system activity.
- Provide technical support for incident investigations, including retrieval and analysis of access logs or video footage.
- Assist with new deployments or upgrades of access control and surveillance systems, ensuring proper setup and integration.
- 3+ years of experience administering access control or video management systems in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with AMAG Symmetry highly desired; familiarity with Avigilon, LenelS2, Genetec, or Honeywell Pro-Watch is a plus.
- Working knowledge of networked security devices, Windows Server, and Active Directory integrations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and adherence to security standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
