Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday.

Job Description:
We are seeking a NetSuite & Enterprise Applications Administrator to support and enhance critical business applications across the organization. This individual will play an important role in application administration, user support, financial systems optimization, integrations, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administration and support for NetSuite and related enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, application errors, and system-related tickets.
• Configure and maintain system enhancements, workflows, custom fields, forms, and other platform customizations.
• Support financial system processes within General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules.
• Assist with the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
• Participate in data migration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, searches, and system documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support software updates, system testing, and ongoing platform optimization efforts.
• Document system configurations, workflows, integrations, and support procedures.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of NetSuite administration or support experience within an enterprise environment.
• Experience working with business applications and financial systems.
• Understanding of accounting concepts and financial workflows, including GL, AP, and AR.
• Knowledge of data mapping, integrations, and data flow processes.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities and effectively solve complex business and technical issues.
Additional Details:
• Experience with SuiteScript (JavaScript), REST APIs, and system integrations is highly preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise applications such as Coupa, Kyriba, Adaptive, FloQast, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Prior experience supporting acquisition-related integrations or large-scale data projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
