Job Summary

The IC Hub employee is responsible for supporting inventory control and warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, moving, and tracking products within the facility. This position helps maintain accurate inventory and ensures products are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and move products within the IC Hub area.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and locations.
• Move products to designated storage or staging areas.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced products.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and properly as authorized.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors.
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic ability to read and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
