Assembler

Our client, manufacturing in Traverse City, MI, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of exceptional equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $18-20/hr based on experience

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday, overtime sometimes available and encouraged.

What's the Job?

• Assemble and build products according to technical documents and drawings
• Utilize electrical, air, and manual tools safely and effectively
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Display teamwork and collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals
• Maintain a dependable attendance record and adhere to safety standards

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Solid mechanical knowledge and experience with electrical, air, and manual tools
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes
• Reliable transportation and the ability to safely lift/move up to 50 lbs
