Assembly Team Lead Industrial HVAC - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in HVAC manufacturing, is seeking a Assembly Team Lead Industrial HVAC to join their team. As a Assembly Team Lead Industrial HVAC, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands on attitude, willingness to work in the aline along with the rest of team members and exceptional troubleshooting skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Team Lead Industrial HVAC

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.00 p/hr

Shift: 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm / 2nd shift 3:00pm to 10:30pm 

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities.
• Lead and mentor directly a team of associates, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).
• Use manual and power tools to assemble appliances, perform functional tests, and inspect finished products for quality.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience in assembly or CNC machine operation preferred.
• Ability to coordinate tasks of a team of 10–15 people.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Flexibility to work overtime and support other departments as needed.
• Mechanical skills preferred or any HVAC assembly prior experience
