Role responsibilities

• Drive business growth and client retention through proactive networking, referrals, outbound outreach and ongoing claims support
• Present and communicate the value of Aflac’s solutions to employers and employees, helping them make informed benefit decisions
• Guide employees through the enrollment process, educating them on available benefit options and coverage
