Site Coordinator - School Age Child Care - Cloverhill

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a positive role model to help plan programming, assist with center oversight, and supervise children in our after-school child care program at Cloverhill Elementary School. The hours for this position are 2:00pm-6pm. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is excited to help children grow, learn, and feel supported every day.What You'll DoAs the Youth Development Center Director, you'll play a vital role in shaping high-quality programming and building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and school partners. Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and led on-site staffCreating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for school-age childrenBuilding strong relationships with children and families and serving as a key point of communicationEnsuring compliance with Virginia DOE licensing requirements and YMCA quality standardsManaging site safety, equipment, and facilitiesAttending required child care trainingsWhat You BringWe're looking for a confident, compassionate leader who is ready to make a difference.
