Backwaiter / Busser

Join our vibrant team at Pardos as an experienced Backwaiter/Busser! In this essential role, you'll help create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests. Your contributions will be key to making every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting servers with food and drink service to ensure timely delivery.
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and ensuring that all supplies are stocked.
• Supporting the kitchen staff by delivering food orders and assisting with basic prep tasks, as needed.
• Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Always adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
