You'll respond to inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and help set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.You'll also create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys connecting with people online and over the phone. City Auto Memphis offers a 4-day workweek option and 5 consecutive days off each month.
