Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their specific insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Guide existing policyholders through coverage reviews to ensure their protection evolves with their life changes.
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
- Maintain accurate client documentation to ensure smooth policy renewals and modifications.
- Collaborate with the agency team to reach local outreach goals and community engagement targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policy changes and industry shifts.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license preferred Must obtain with in 30 days of hire Licensing assistance available
- Successful sales background.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
