Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro! We are seeking proven, high-ticket closers who want to dominate a new territory and earn at an elite level.

We provide pre-screened leads, high-value closing frameworks, and a company vehicle. As a startup location, this role requires a proactive sales professional who combines company-provided inbound appointments with local prospecting to build immediate momentum and keep a full pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run Pre-Qualified Leads: Present directly to homeowners at pre-screened, office-booked appointments.
• Territory Development: Execute localized outreach, neighborhood prospecting, and self-generation tactics during initial branch rollout to maximize earnings.
• Roof Inspections: Inspect residential roofs, evaluate structural needs, and diagnose storm or age damage.
• Close In-Home: Present clear solutions, offer flexible financing options, and secure contracts on the spot.
• Pipeline Management: Manage follow-ups and daily sales metrics to convert warm leads into signed projects.

What Winning Looks Like

• Volume: Consistently run 2–3 in-home presentations per day.
• Closing Rate: Maintain a 30%+ contract closing rate.
• Discipline: Proactively hunt for opportunities and manage pipeline follow-ups daily.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of outside sales or high-ticket in-home closing experience (roofing knowledge preferred, but not required).
• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Location: Ability to report daily to regional headquarters in Holt, MO (4853 SE PP Hwy).
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday with weekend availability to meet with homeowners).
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; able to pass standard background check.
• Tech: Personal smartphone with active data plan for daily company app communication.

• Baseline Expectations: $100,000–$150,000+ first-year potential.
• Top Performers: Elite closers earn $150,000–$250,000+ annually.
