Accounts Payable Manager

Position Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Location: West Charlotte, NC

Industry: HVAC distribution

Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 / Annually; plus potential annual bonus

Schedule: Fully Onsite; 8am – 5pm, 7am – 4pm, or 7:30am – 4:30pm

Team: Manage 3 direct reports

Benefits: This position eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day AP operations in a high-volume environment for a $100M+ business

Accounting: Review and process invoices/payments, manage vendor accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies

Leadership: Train and support the AP team while improving processes and maintaining strong internal controls

Systems: ERP/accounting software and Excel experience required

Ideal background: 5+ years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and someone who takes ownership

Culture: Family-oriented, personable, and team-focused rather than highly corporate

Timing: They are looking to move quickly and are actively scheduling interviews
