Location: Pine Bluff, AR (Jefferson County)

Pay: $45,000–$55,000 per year (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Job Summary

A local distribution company is hiring a Route Sales Representative (Merchandising) to service established company in the Pine Bluff area. This position combines route sales, merchandising, and customer service. You'll travel a designated route, stock and organize products, build relationships with store managers, and help grow sales. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned retail accounts on a scheduled route

• Stock, merchandise, and organize products

• Build strong relationships with store managers

• Meet sales, merchandising, and inventory goals

• Maintain the company vehicle and equipment

• Complete reports and required training

• Assist with other account service duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Route sales, merchandising, retail, or customer service experience preferred

• Self-motivated with strong communication skills

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical job duties throughout the day

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Must pass a drug screen
