Education: High school diploma.
Licensure: Valid Driver's License
Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.
Other: - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Certifications: BLS preferredThe Medical Navigator provides personalized support throughout the patient experience, coordinating care, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and helping patients navigate treatment plans.
