Customer Support - Now Hiring

Description:
Call center, customer support position that will be remote after a training period. We are seeking one half-time individual who can work Noon to 4 PM ET. We are seeking an individual who has experience in a call center environment and is extremely comfortable with technology. Empathy is a critical characteristic of the ideal candidate as our business is about protecting the financial health of seniors. The primary reason for the specific hours is we need call-in and online support during those hours. Call/support volume is such at this point that other duties will be assigned as well, depending on the individual’s skill set. We are a small company so there is a wide range of places where the individual could be helpful, with the right background (e.g. testing software, posting content to our web site, web analytics, social media). Most importantly, we need someone who can interact with prospects and customers over the phone and on-line. Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to help resolve customer issues

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Highly motivated

- Willing to provide support outside of normal hours when required

- Prior experience in a customer-service role

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry
• At least associate's degree or higher
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to work from home
