About Facility:
- Home Health
- Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
- 6 visits a day
- They are required 30 VE a week
- There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is approximately 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly.
Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, if seasoned to home health
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- Teammates will travel throughout the below areas:
- Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between
- Cognitive, trach, difficulty swallowing, stroke, aphasia
- All adults
- Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
