Join a leading cardiac program at UofL Health Jewish Hospital for a 13-week EP Tech assignment in a fast-paced Electrophysiology Lab. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EP professional looking to work with advanced technology and a highly specialized cardiovascular team.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Facility: UofL Health Jewish Hospital (Short-Term Acute Care Hospital)
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Weekends: None
Call: No scheduled call, though flexibility to stay late may be required based on case volume.

About the Unit

• 3 dedicated EP Labs
• Cardiac and transplant patient population
• Occasional floating to the Cath Lab

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of EP experience
• Previous travel experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• ARRT or RCIS required (ARRT preferred)

Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor a variety of EP procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary cardiac teams
• Support complex cardiac and electrophysiology cases

Technology & Equipment

• Cerner EMR
• Alaris IV Pumps
• Omnicell Medication Dispensing
• McKesson Monitoring Systems
• Philips, Siemens, St. Jude, and Stereotaxis equipment

Support Team

You'll work alongside an experienced team that includes:

• Nurse Manager
• Charge Staff
• Cardiologists
• Nurse Practitioners and Fellows
• RT Support
• Hospitalists and Intensivists available 24/7
