Title: Cath Lab Tech
Location: Victoria, TX 77901
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days 5×8 — 40 hrs/week, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- Previous travel experience required
- ARRT and Texas license required
- BLS required
- CCI RCIS/RCIS may be accepted only if meeting facility requirements, but ARRT + TX license are specifically required
- ACLS preferred
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac Cath Lab procedures
- Experience with peripheral interventions preferred
- Experience with Impella, atherectomy/Rotablator, pacemaker insertion, temporary pacemakers, and IVL/Shockwave
- Strong Cath Lab experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Description:
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Call: Every other week or every third week — 7 days on/7 days off; 3:15 PM–6:45 AM with 20-minute response time
Block Schedule: No
- Cath Lab Tech position in a community hospital
- Perform/support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures
- Experience with adult diagnostic catheterizations, coronary interventions, pacemaker/defibrillator implants, atherectomy, Impella, IVUS, FFR/DFR, and IVL/Shockwave
- Department has 2 new Philips Azurion Cath Labs and uses GE Mac-Lab for monitoring and documentation
- Case volume primarily consists of cardiac and peripheral interventions and CRM devices, with approximately 4 EP cases per month
- EP and TAVR experience is not required
- Facility does not currently perform structural heart procedures
- May consider a 4×10 schedule
