Experience: 1+ year recent, hands-on CT experience
Required: BLS
License: Active New York State license
Injection Certification: Facility will assist with NYS Injection Certification after arrival
Compliance: All certifications must be active at submission; required CEUs, modules, and compliance must be completed by Tuesday at noon the week prior to start or the start date will be pushed back one week
