Description
The Cath Lab Nurse Manager oversees all aspects of patient care in interventional radiology and cardiology procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves direct supervision of nursing and tech staff, coordination with various departments, and management of operational budgets. The manager promotes safe patient practices, facilitates team collaboration, and engages in continuous improvement initiatives.
